Windows 7 Tabbing out of everything

I’ve been looking for a solution for about a month now, and nothing. I’ve tried using malware/virus removal, CClearner, uninstalling program, disabling services upon startup through msconfig, reinstalling my graphics drivers, etc. It tabs me out of fullscreen applications, removes the focus from current windows and such to where I haev to click on the window to do anything again.

I’m running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on a custom built PC. I have an NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti, Intel i7-6700, 16 GB DDR4 RAM. My HDD still has over 1TB of free space. It’s not my mouse, I’ve tried a brand new mouse that I had, and the problem still occurs the same amount. I really don’t want to have to reformat my hard drive again.

    Welcome to the forum Chachii

Have you tried a different keyboard?

Restored the system to a date before the system started acting up?

I don’t think the keyboard would be the issue, honestly. I can’t remember when the system started acting up, but I can try that finding a time frame though.

Edit: It’s not showing any of the system restore points I had prior to this.

Try booting into safe mode and see if the system acts up.

Clean the keyboard there may be a key that is acting up.

What were you doing with the system prior to this starting?
        Any software changes, updates, hardware.

Have you made any changes to the Performance Settings?

Is there a different user on that system that you can try and see if the same thing happens?
If there is not an other user create one for testing.

EDIT: One more place to check for causes of weirdness is in the Accessibility section in Windows 7 it is called Ease of Access it has some things that are activated if a key is pressed a certain amount of times. Which should be in the Control Panel.

I haven’t made any changes or anything, and it seems that safemode isn’t helping either. I’m the only one who has a computer in the house though.
I attached the folder that contains the 4 logs an txt files.

Have you created a second user on that system other than yours so we can see if that one is affected or if it is just you account that is acting up.

I think Malnutrition’s solution worked perfectly, I haven’t experienced any of the tabbing or about a day or so now. Thanks everyone for the help!
