What files are you asking about?

You can use an external drive and copy them to the external drive then connect the external drive to the ten system and copy the file to there.

        Use a thumb drive
If you have access to use the cloud to transfer from and to.
Remove the old HDD and put it into an external cage that can be connected via USB

Most of the time yes if you have it configured that way. Some do required it to be configured to store others do this automatically.

You stated Google is that Chrome or an account?
If account you can use Google Drive to move the files or even Microsoft one drive.

We can definitely help with getting the files moved form one system to another.
Would suggest Copy and Paste that way the original is still in the original place.
Fastest way to do this would be open Windows file manager and copy the following directories. These are the default places that windows stores your files.
            Document
            Music
            Pictures
            Videos
Right click on each folder and select Copy
Now select the thumb drive and right click and select Paste

Once you have the folders connect the drive to the Windows 10 system and copy form the thumb drive to the proper directories.

Should you need any help let is know.

The same way as in post # 6 are you running into issues doing it that way?
