    Windows 7 WIFI

I just recently worked on my Brothers laptop. It was all messed up. He had no antivirus or antimalware at all. His young Son had downloaded
16 games which i deleted. I installed ( 360 Total Security-antivirus )-(Adwarecleaner )-( Ccleaner )-( Uncleaner ) its Acer Aspire with Windows 7 It worked perfect here, i tried it several times. I have WIFI it connected just fine, i made sure it was turned on here, it was off. It will not connect to the WIFI at his house. I even had my other Brother take his laptop to my Brother David,s house to see if it would connect, it did just fine. Is it possible his laptop, WIFI is turned off? Thank,s Chuck

Maybe removing the existing wireless network profiles will resolve the issue.
