I have seen similar messages popping-up after the users had performed a repair installation of Windows.

Did you do something to your Windows installation?

" The installation of this product has been corrupted.Run preparation from a CD or DVD or any source to install another original one"

Thank you in advance for your help and follow-up

Have you tried post # 14?

Did Word come preinstalled or did you install it?

The recovery creation software for some systems allow you to reinstall some programs and not have to do a complete recover of the system.

Then you will need to get a disk copy of the program and reinstall.
By purchasing the software or barrow for some one.

Since you do not have you Windows Backup turned on get that taken care of as well so you can roll back the system should this happen again.
