Comp won't boot

How’s it going, new here looking for some help with my desktop. Right after windows loading screen comes up I get this message and then my computer restarts and keeps on doing it, a few weeks ago my first bio’ s went corrupt so I switched it to the 2nd one, not sure if these problems are related or not. Anyone know how to fix?

Couple of questions if I may;

Have you previously been using AVG as your AV protection.
Have you tried booting into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when the computer is restarting.
Do you have a Windows 7 or system restore disk specifically for the problem computer.

Its stating that avg is the problem so you need to remove it or stoping any of its services and removing it at start via msconfig

Yes I have avg, so I should be able to start it in safe mode? Then remove it? I’ll get it ago. And no it’s a custom computer so have to do windows 7 CD and use one of the keys I have
