How to permanently disable driver signature enforcement?

    Hi!
My friend uses in his Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 device which driver has no digital signature and when he select not at begin of boot disable driver signature enforcement, his device works not and in Device Manager is exclamation mark that device cannot work for driver signature missing.
So, when Windows starts he must always hit F8 to view advanced boot options and select this:

I have same problem with other device but in Windows 10.1607 Pro x64. I used BootUI Tuner to show advanced boot options always and I must hit 7 (or F7) to do the same - disable driver signature enforcement.

So, Q is simple: Is possible to disable driver signature enforcement permanently in Windows 7 and Windows 10? If, how?
    Thank you for each help.

Not that I have ever seen or possibility of leaving you system open to infections since it is probably not only drives that is protects. Most coding like that protect drives and software.

Why not just download the driver from the manufactures site and remove the one giving the issue and replace.

Driver of friend’s device is at attached CD - from manufacturer - device is PCI card with parallel port (LPT).
Driver of my device is downloaded from manufacturer support website - device is FullHD Capture PCIe Card…
Can do I anything more? No, my Windows is fresh installation with newest drivers and software - I changed MB and CPU, RAM too…
Friend’s PC I helped to assemble today and fresh installation too - here I can check drivers on CD update.

So have I other choice? BTW - when it is so dangerous - why is available this option between Safe Mode and other… ?

Was done for debugging and trouble shooting purposes.

Try using the driver from the Makers site and not the disk do you get the same result? Have you tried installing the driver in Safe Mode?
