So sorry, I just finally got to it. This appears to have worked, and it’s baking up my data drive and creating a system image right now, but we’ll see what the outcome is.

Got a system image of the boot and system reserved drive, as well as a backup of our entire data drive. The only thing I want to make sure of now is that when the next backup happens, it’ll be able to overwrite the previous backup, because the last time Windows Backup was working, it wouldn’t overwrite and my external backup drive would be full.
