I have added a printer to someones profile at work, but does it stay with them against their profile or the machine they are working on? In other words when they log onto another machine in the same network will it be there (because it’s against their profile) or will it need to be installed again as it’s a new machine?

Will depend on the way profiles are setup.
How did you install the printer software?
If you installed the software directly on to the system as a network admin then should work for whom ever log into that system as long as the user has the rights to.
Now if they log into another system then probably not.Comment
