    This command will open the host file in Notepad save some place and attach to the next post.
    notepad C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

        The host file is clean nothing there blocking sites and or IP address.

        You did use the Administrator Command Prompt correct that is one of the reasons that would state that.

        Do you have a different user that you can log into and see if the same issue replicates.
        If not create one and see if it does.

            Yes so you can have access to the Admin Command Prompt.

            For right now just play with the internet see if the dame things happen.

                Download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following box:

                Select all

                Attach the file.

                You can also remove all the Network setting in Device Manager make sure to select Show Hidden Device
                Reboot and then let the system automatically rebuild them.

                Only other option is to to a factory reset on the router if not then modem is still having error then contact the ISP.
