Windows is seeing them as 2GB each, get into the BIOS and see what the motherboard sees them as.
if the boot loop only happens when all 4 chips are in their slots, maybe it’s a dual memory channel thing.
your RAM slots are probably coloured, with 1 & 2, and 3 & 4 being the same - or 1 & 3 and 2 & 4 being the same.
only have two sticks in, and put them in the matching colours. it’ll only use single channel mode but see how that pans out.
