files accidentally deleted in registry regarding updates

i own a lenovo g50-80 laptop with windows 8.1 os

i had problems with updating to windows 10 ,
so i was following a tutorial and accidentally deleted registry files.

the files i deleted(ive attached an image file) :
hkey_local_machine --software–policies–microsoft–windows–windowsupdate-- (everything other than the default file inside the windows update file)

and now i dont know what it affected but the update tool failed in an earlier step than before

I there any way to fix it. ive searched all over the internet and couldnt find one. pls help .
also this is my first time using a forums so let me know if u need more info.

Have you tried an in-place repair via the media creation tool? This will also upgrade you to 20H2.
Download the tool, run it & choose to upgrade now. If it fails then we’ll have to look deeper.

you could try using Restore Points to go back to before the reg hack.
