My mom has an emachine that keeps saying I.P.helper not running and connection between access point brokem. Have all new cables and router, could it be because service not yet turned on

Download Easy Service Optimizer v1.2 save it to your deskop.
Unzip there.
Click the Default button.
Then click on the rocket in the top left of the program interface.
Reboot the machine and tell us if the issue remains.
