I’m currently stuck on the failure to configure updates reverting changes screen how do I fix this, no info available I can’t do anything from the keyboard

Try using the notebooks power on button to start up and shut down the computer a few times to see if you can get the computer start in the Recovery Environment, you need to power down the notebook before the point that it is presently looping from.
