MSVCP140.dll and Api-ms-win-crt-stdio-l1-1-0.dll Is Missing
I recently reinstalled windows 8.1, got everything sorted (updates, drivers etc) and when i try to run a program that i ran frequently in past, it gets me to this error.

Firstly i thought that it was a Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable problem, and then installed it. Got me to this:

The software i am trying to use is Mixxx. If you can help me with this problem it would be much appreciated .
Where did the software come from?
How did you do the install over the previous or delete the partitions and then install?
