CPU fan replacement help

Hi,

Ocassionally, when I start my PC, the CPU fan fails to start. When this happens I just have to nudge it with a pen and it begins working again :ROFLMAO:

I’m now looking to replace the fan (E97378-001)
I could just go for an exact Intel replacement, but on Amazon this is going to take about three weeks to arrive.

Does anyone know if there are any alternative fans that I could possibly buy that have the same specifications as the E97378-001 I currently have?

You would need to replace the thermal paste.
There are plenty to pick from.
I use Artic Silver
