    Monitor Randomly Turns Off But PC Stays On

    Hi ,

    So my monitor turns off randomly and pc stays on. Sound is also turns off for like 3 seconds and turns back on. This happen randomly when I’m gaming or using google. I have to restart my pc to turn on my monitor again. When i Restart My PC My Graphics Drivers Are Disabled but when I enable the driver, the driver is corrupted. I have to enable the graphic driver and restart my pc again to fix the driver problem. I Changed My Power Supply Also but didn’t fixed it.

    My Specs :

    i5 4570
    RX 580 8GB
    16GB RAM (1600MHz)
    600W 80Plus Power supply

    Hard drive or system file corruption maybe?

    Try these from an elevated command prompt;
    • chkdsk c: /r
    • sfc /scannow
    • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    • dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase

        The fact that you have not provided any PSU details suggests that it is most likely not of good quality.

        Post the brand and model name or number for both the original and the previous PSU.

        First thing that you should be doing is physically removing the add on video card from the MB and hooking up the screen to the appropriate video port on the MB to see if you still get issues using the Intel HD video from the processor.

            Ensure the monitor’s sleep isn’t set. Some monitors have this seperate to the PC.
            Is the graphics driver up to date?
            How about the BIOS- is that the latest?
