Hi, I’m not an official advisor here but I have something to try - Make sure the wheel is connected directly to a motherboard USB slot in the back of the PC, and not a case USB.
Then go into β€˜Device manager’ and make sure its enabled.

For some strange reason, my old PC used to disable my Fanatec wheel on the device list at every shut down, when it was connected into a case USB port, moving it to a motherboard USB cured this issue.

Its a bit of a wild option to try, and I know my wheel is different, but it’s worth a shot.

I don’t quite understand what β€œrelies on Windows” means as opposed to utilizing manufacturers drivers.

Has post #3 or 10 been addressed by the OP?

Without feedback from the OP, I’m not comfortable moving forward as it’s a guessing game.

Hello, the β€˜relies on windows’ means that the wheel itself doesn’t have any drivers. It uses windows’s xbox 360 built in drivers.
I’m currenty trying what @sakers92 commented.

It didn’t work sadly. Also to clear everything, this is the wheel: Ferrari 458 Italia – Thrustmaster

But it does. It has drivers and firmware. I added the link and some very important instructions in my next post.
