I am stuck on this screen, and everywhere i click, the computer will restart and go back to this screen. Looks like it want to reinstall, but i dont want to loose my files what can i do?
To get over this hurdle, and making sure to not lose any of your files, I would be turning the PC off, removing the hard drive and either installing it into another PC as a secondary drive, or installing it into an external enclosure.
Either way, once done, you can access your drive from this other PC and transfer your files.
