          No worries but after looking at the results I suggest that you do a clean install of not just Windows using an ISO but as previously mentioned the system drivers as well.

          A Windows reset seldom works out and I feel that they are a waste of time in all honesty.

          Can I ask why you did a reset in the first place, were you having problems already, your log shows security problems.

            had a blue screen loop after a system restore, which was done because windows search didnt work
            what do you recommend i do differently this time? i did a completely clean reinstall using a usb drive last time and updated windows as soon as i booted

              In your OP you said that you had done a reset and in your reply #5 you said;

              I for one am confused because you are now telling us that you did a clean install, you don`t get the Clear data option when you do a clean install, this because the drive gets formatted as part of the process so there is no need for such an instruction from the end user.

              As to what I would do;

              Download a fresh Windows 10 ISO

              Download and save to a seperate flashdrive the MBs chipset, SATA/storage and VGA drivers.

              Clean install Windows and the system drivers exactly as previously explained. see below;
              Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

              The reason why this procedure is so important, the chipset is what enables the MB to be able to communicate with all the hardware + are the first drivers that Windows looks for on boot.
