Windows 10 not loading

Hello I’m Dezs (this is new account cuz i couldn’t log in).
I’m having the same problem that once i restart the computer, it won’t boot, only after 3-4 tries.
After first or second try it gives me a black screen with a cursor.
This was after I installed a newer update for my gpu. Also my taskbar becomes black randomly now.
(Last time to fix this, i disabled intel rapid storage technology, and it worked, but now theres no option for that)

What should i do?

Once you get to a booted and in Windows state, download, run this, and follow all directions.

The forum went down for a while and I need to reload all my tools-guides.

Download the PCHFLogTool
Unzip to your desktop
Right Click run as admin.
Click Gather logs.
A new .txt named PCHF.txt will appear on your desktop.
Copy paste or attach that.
This tool will automatically zip your minidumps.
They will be zipped to your desktop.
Attach those.
Also, click list installed drivers.
Attach that as well.

Hello! now i restarted it again to test it randomly, now it booted, but after boot the taskbar became black and it opened my filemanager at onedrive

Hi! i will try it now, but if i boot to safe mode, THEN restart the pc (thats when the problem starts usually) it leaves safe mode, doesn’t it?

This was after I installed a newer update for my gpu.

While in safe mode, uninstall your GPU driver from device manager then reboot into normal mode.
To open the device manager hit the windows key and R at the same time and type: [COLOR=rgb(243, 121, 52)]devmgmt.msc
Then left click display adapters and then right click and delete each one pertaining to Nvidia or AMD depending on what GPU you have installed.

Then use this guide to properly remove all remnants of the old GPU driver. Written By @xrobwx71[/COLOR]

guys bruh i turned off intel storage middleware, and now it works… Why does intel’ storage sh#t do this to me everytime
