Spectrum WiFi Installed: IP Cam Won't Connect to IP Any IP Network

I can get to the interface. But there’s no screen. I’m afraid I’m a little lost here. I don’t know where to enter the default IP camera address; I can’t see where in network settings. I hear the camera moving when use tilt. But no screen.

Try different browser . There is only so much I can do from this end. Maybe install this software, the 64bit version.

If you can hear the camera moving but see no video, check the following:
in the camera's settings, look for "Video & Image" or similar options.
Ensure the video output is enabled.
Check if there are multiple video streams and try switching between them.
Try accessing the MJPEG stream directly by entering this URL in your browser:

Browser. Bingo. I had forgotten, the cam doesn’t work in Google. Works in Firefox. I use it to view outdoors. Dark now. Hopefully it saved my settings.

And special thanks for waiting 12 hours. I was gonna ask but you’ve been fantastically helpful enough. Yeah, so far, I had to rotate the image 180 degrees because I use it on a flat surface, not mounted above. I saw the street lamp image was upside down thus the rotate.
