So many drives that could be causing the issues.
When you did the reinstall of Windows, was that a clean install or a repair install?
And if a clean install (which I’d be doing as a starting point) make sure all drives except the one you want to use as the boot drive are disconnected.
And use the Microsoft Media Creation Tool to get the latest OS build and to create a bootable USB stick.

After you have a clean reinstall, and install the chipset drivers, then install your drivers for graphics and another other hardware you have.
Then test for crashes before loading any other software and see if the crashes occur.

Keep it simple, and add things one at a time, and run for a few hours or days to see when the crashes may come back, then you’ll have an idea of what to blame.

in that case my guess is you have faulty memory, processor, or motherboard.

actually if anyone has a good i9 build that doesnt function like a schitzo I wouldnt mind the post of it so i dont have to replace the major portion of my computer thats expensive at least.

Is fast startup enabled? If yes then turn it off & restart again.

                        To summarize:

The issues have begun from day one, without ANY tinkering with settings (correct me if I am wrong).
The Windows installation was original (downloaded from Microsoft) and not altered in any way.
You have tested the memory and is good.

ASUS have a Q-Code (Error Code) page here.

At work I had BSODs related to Intel RST drivers and the associated controller (A770 to name just one), as well as Bluetooth (go figure why…).

Check if this is the case with you, and you can get the latest β€œacceptable” for ANY DEVICE from Microsoft Update Catalog.
Just enter the device ID (e.g. A770) in the search field.

You will have to use 7zip to extract the archive, WinRAR/WinZIP do not work.

                              from the OP.
The issue was that the processor was frying itself to death thank you 14th gen processors for being so crap i just downgraded to a gen 12 and everything works fine now.
