Monitors turning black and fans going full speed when gaming

Hello, I had this problem for quite some time now but it got worse.
One day when starting my system all my files seemed corrupted and nothing would function properly.
Eventually got stuck in a bluescreen loop of updating and restarting for, which my friend could luckily fix.
Now when I use my PC normally itโ€™s all fine and it works, I can play certain small games or stuff like roblox without any problems.
Yet when I start playing other games on Steam the Monitors will just turn black and the fans will run full speed, I can hear a little error sound once the monitors turned black but it shows nothing and it wonโ€™t turn back on by itself.
I have to shutdown the PC using the power button and re-start it.
It immediately starts back up and I can use everything until I hop on a game againโ€ฆ I believe it started while playing RDR2 but it also happs frequently in all kinds of games like GTA5 RP, Manor Lords, DDS1 & 2, Eco, Prison Architect and so on.
I already brought the system into a repair shop and they ran multiple tests on all hardware and software, replaced the thermal paste, cleaned it and everything but once I got back home and started up a game, it just happened again.
I tried everything I could think of from changing BIOS or resetting it to default, to monitoring Temperature, changing all kinds of settings on games and on steam, un-plugging any external devices besides 1 monitor, mouse and keyboard, trying 1 monitor on all display ports of the graphics card, etc. etc. I have no clue what else I could tryโ€ฆ thinking of a heat related issue I even opened up the PC, installed other fans, left it open and tried many other ways of cooling.
Iโ€™ve met my match on this one.

That doesnโ€™t sound like a very good repair shop, how long ago was it in? If you reached out and explained the issue is back Iโ€™d think theyโ€™d be willing to continue the work into the solution.

If you would like to start fixing it yourself- Letโ€™s get some more information:

Download and run the free version of speccy.

Once you have ran speccy, publish the scan by going to: File > Publish Snapshot.

Please list your power supply unit (manufacturer and model)

Idk itโ€™s just the local shop here, it was in like 2-3 weeks ago and they said they couldnโ€™t find anything as every test was completed and also both GPU and CPU did good with no issues.
They stress tested the GPU and CPU (I had tried similar at home) and all the tests of which some took up to an hour went flawless and with zero shutdowns.
Said it most likely is a heat related problem as my PC is a pre-built one (Acer Predator Orion 3000 from 2020) and it is a rather small case with only 2 fans and a CPU fanโ€ฆ which is why they cleaned it, put new thermal paste on etc. and ran the tests againโ€ฆ but I kind of donโ€™t believe in it anymore as I kept getting the same problem even with a open case and extra fans or cooling, temperature apps never showed anything unusual either.
They wanted to install a bigger CPU fan but couldnโ€™t find any good ones that fit into the case so I asked them if they could switch the entire case for a bigger one, they said it would cost a bit but its no problem.
Now their technician Emailed me telling me to try playing with only mouse and keyboard, switch GPU Ports, use a different monitor for test etc. and if I wanted to I could bring in all my external devices like speakers etc. and he would check if they might have a problem, but Iโ€™m not sure.
I read alot about people having issues with power supply but I have no clue about that to be honest, all I know thereโ€™s a big black box in there with nothing on it and itโ€™s for power lolโ€ฆ I got multiple devices in one outlet (Idk if thats possible outside of germany or europe, probably is?) so maybe itโ€™s not enough power but yeah, no idea.

Whatโ€™s that Speccy thing? It says alot of weird stuff, is there like some private stuff on there? lol

This is the PSU, I had to remove half of the PC just to get to this little sign lol
I canโ€™t find that thing anywhere on the internet, it comes out under a different name

But apparently it has 500W which is kind of low for a RTX3070 according to google? Iโ€™m really not into PC Specs and all that sadly

            Operating System
            Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit

The OS on this computer is not for personal use and is instead intended for large corporations and places of learning such as universities, both of the aforementioned are under the control of a system administrator who is responsible for tech support.

How do you come to have this OS on a personal computer.

My mate put that on when he fixed my PC back in the day after a Windows 11 Update seemingly messed up my entire PC and corrupted all kinds of stuff.
              Heโ€™s just put that on.

                Well your mate has installed an illegal OS on your computer and as a consequence no reputable tech forum can legally help you other than to remove the illegal OS and install a legit one, this can be done here but other than that no further assistance can be offered as is explained in the PCHF Terms and rules that we each agreed to abide by when becoming a member;
                1. Discussion of or promotion of sites offering cracks, warez, torrents, *********** or any other illegal material or any software created to download any of the above will result in an immediate ban. This includes nulled, copied or any other illegal software or operating systems.

I had no idea it was illegal to be fair, heโ€™s just said itโ€™s better lol, I asked him to simply revert it from Windows 11 back to Windows 10 because I suck with PCs.
So if I can find out how to remove the OS and put a new one in you can help me out further?

The following explanation is only relevant if a legitimate Windows product key had previously been tied to the MB before the non legit key was used.

One major problem that installing Enterprise has caused is that a non legit product key has been used and this key along with your motherboard details are stored on the Microsoft database, what this means, you may be asked for any previously used legit product key when you clean install whatever version of Windows you had, Windows 10 Home for example.

The entire PC was pre-built and came with a already installed version of Windows 10 (I donโ€™t know if it was Home or Pro tho)
Enterprise was only ever installed after using the normal version for like 2 years before it all broke down after automatic windows 11 upgrade.

Could I just use the Settings > Update and upgrade to Win11 now to fix it? Or do I have to re-install windows or somethingโ€ฆ I really donโ€™t know how

Enterprise and similar programs that are used in places of work or education are installed using what is known as a VLK ( Volume Licence Key ) and you will only get the version of software that any VLK covers you for, Enterprise is very similar to Pro but because it is used in such sensitive areas Enterprise has additional security measures that Pro does not have and that is why when people knowingly use an illegal product key they go for Enterprise rather than Pro.

You are going to have to clean install both the original version of Windows followed by the system drivers, we will provide the exact steps after your next update.

Do you have the original product key for the OS that was installed with this MB.

                          I donโ€™t think I do, I canโ€™t really remember any keys.
The PC was just purchased from a shop and when it arrived it was all ready to go with windows 10, I just had to start it and configure some settings like language, time etc.

You may well have to chance it then but before doing anything else, check any paperwork that shipped with the PC and try Magical Jellybean keyfinder ( Free ) to see what product keys that lists, we are not interested in the Enterprise key.

We only need to know what it finds and please do not post any actual product keys here.

It finds Windows 10 Enterprise where it shows Product ID, Computer Name, Registered Owner and Registered Organization.
And it also shows the game โ€œAnno 1701โ€ where it only says โ€œSerialโ€ and some numbers (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)

                              Canโ€™t find any other Windows
