i have a somewhat older monitor, so its native resolution is 1920 x 1200. i dont like the way it looks so i just set it to 1920 x 1080 in the display settings, i prefer the black bars over a stretched image. ive had it like this for months now, but today while playing a game, i accidentally hit f11 on my keyboard and it stretched out my entire screens image to 1920 x 1200. when i try to set it back to 1080, the screen remains 1920 x 1200 and just stretches a little bit, it doesnt really change and the black bars dont appear anymore. on top of that wherever i position my mouse, where it actually clicks is above it by a bit. its completely disorienting. iβve tried restarting my computer several times, iβve tried both uninstalling and updating my graphic drivers several times, iβve tried selecting all types of other resolutions and going back several times. nothing is working for me.
my resolution is all messed up, i need help
