Users Folder Win10

I’m curios as to why the above contains SOOO much data.
There must be a good reason for this but a lot of the info seems to be a copy of files elsewhere.

which users folder, yours?
how much data are we talking?
could simply be a copy/paste gone wrong and every thing is duplicated, could be large movies, tons of pictures, or iPhone backups, to name a few common reasons?

It’s the AppData folder and it is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a hidden folder so if you don’t have “view hidden files and folders” toggled on, you won’t see it.
