unable to upgrade. Windows 10 to Widows 11

Hi Guys,
decided to move up my procesor a notch from 5 to a 7. I got the 7 in a new box from Dr Memory XUM. Nice people and nice support. The only trouble is, This new pc will not allow me to upgrade to Windows 11 from 10. Now it has a 256 GB SSD Samsum card connected to the Motherboard and this is where it boots up from. It also has a 1 terabyte Sata. Considering it is a brand new pc I cannot understand that when I got to add Win 11 to it, it says this pc cannot except it or words to that effect. I would appreciate and help or advice anyone could give me, or any idea why this is happening. I did contact Dr Memery but all I got was that this comput cannot upgrade to Windows 11. I was wondering if anyone knew when on the system it is prevent this. Or failing that, would it be better to disconect the SSD as boot option and make the ST terabyte HD the main boot drive. Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the following:

OS
CPU
Motherboard
RAM (including the amount and Number of Sticks)
Add on Video Card if one is used
Power Supply Unit

Providing these details will enable folk to better help you.

So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Your system is not combatable for Windows 11 dates back to 2012.

Refer to the parts in the speccy and then look at the list from the link provided in Post 2 and 3

Thanks for taking the time to help me, Guys. I do appreciate it. Could I ask you one more question, if you do not mind. Would it do any good, if I disconnected the SSD bootup, where I believe the system is installed. And then, put windows 11 on the Sata Drive. I do not know, so that is the reason I am asking. I’m also stuck on Win10 until I upgrade my processor and for the foreseeable future, I have no need to go down that path.

you may as well hang off until you get your next PC.
the current version of Win10, 22H2 still has a little under 2 years till end of service.
Microsoft says 22H2 will be the last version of Win10 - but let’s see what happens!
