A few days ago I was having issues with my pc. I decided to factory reset it. After trying that I found out that I needed gb in order to reset everything. After I deleted some files I managed to factory reset it, but ever since doing that I stuck on my MSI motherboard screen, and at the bottom of that screen is a little loading circle which every so often loads for a while, and then restarts on its own. This process continuously repeats. At first I thought it might have been my hdd. I ended up buying a new hdd and replacing the old one with the new one, to find out that the hdd wasnβt the issue. How can I fix this problem.
