I had this issue a while back with some SSD drives. When I booted from my USB, no SSD’s to be found. I simply added the driver to the root of the USB I was booting from.
If you are talking about your chipset driver look for this on the Dell page for your specific model PC.

Do you see the drives once you get to that part of the install? At what point does it stop and tell you it needs drivers? What is the exact message?

            How did you remove Linux?

What I would do is boot to the windows USB drive and use diskpart to clean the drive of any leftover partitions that are interfering with the install.

In the is the drive listed and the date and time showing correctly?

Did you ever create the recovery software for this system?

You biggest issue is that windows cannot read certain partition format and Linux is not one that it can read properly so you have to remove it first.

This can be done using diskpart through the windows install media and ONLY clean the drive the Windows install will partition and format the drive as it installs for what it needs to be.

When you get the chance make sure that you have gone to the Dell sit and have the drive and install instructions so they are installed in the proper order.
