LIGHTS CUT DOWN WHILE WINDOWS UPGRADE

My problem happend when i was upgrading windows 10 to new version. Lights cut down and pc turned off. Then when i turned my pc everything was ok but when i started installing 22H2 KB5031356 update I got error code: 0x800703e6. Tried to find solution in the internet didnt worked. sfc /scannow; DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image/Restorehealth; chkdsk /f/r C:. Not only none of them helped when I hit enter button they didnt even started working got errors every time. Also drivers for Nvidia Gpu isnt installing and all other new drivers too. Tried to use program advanced system repair pro didnt work too. Are there any variants to solve this without reinstalling windows or solve the driver problem atleast?

Any problem devices in device manager?

You can try uninstalling the latest updates.

is the PC running OK, albeit with you not being able to update Windows or the GPU?

if so, let’s get your complete PC specs.
get Speccy; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted to proceed with publish) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste that link into your next post.

Speccy doesn’t show the Power Supply Unit so, if a Desktop PC, list the make/model of the PSU.

      Is Speccy safe?

It is turning ok. It was good before but after the accident drivers cant be downloaded. Maybe hard disk or motherboard got injured. I am hoping the problem is with windows. I will download speccy tomorrow its 10:04 pm for me.
