I have a NiPoGi Mini Pc problem

So I have a problem with my NiPoGi Mini Pc GK3V and for some reason there is a loop with windows 10 in volume and when I press it take me to he same screen. So I’m trying to boot it up with a bootable windows 10 usb but it doesn’t show up in the boot menu. Please give me some tips on it. I’ve also attached pictures of the bios setup.

What options do you have in the boot mode select other than UEFI?

The BIOS is in UEFI boot mode. When you made the USB and didn’t choose UEFI mode, your BIOS will not see it.

On the boot BIOS screen can you swap the USB to # 1 and the HDD to # 2.

Save and exit.

See if that fixes it.
