What is the exact message?

Are you able to boot to the operating system or does it go to the recovery environment?

I can’t. I tried many press key like pressing F8 after laptop logo shows up, & hold F12 then turn on and still no WinRE.

It should automatically kick you into the environment if you fail/interrupt 2-3 boot attempts in a couple minutes. You can usually force this by shutting the computer down and starting it again before it boots.

The menu will look something like this:

I haven’t seen much luck with the automatic repair tool doing anything, but it [ICODE]shouldn't[/ICODE] hurt to try.

That hasn`t worked since the days of Windows 7.

See if you are able to force the computer to start in the Windows Recovery Environment (RE) by starting up and shutting down the computer two or three times using the case power button, please note that you need to shut down the computer after the MBs splash screen and just before Windows attempts to load, if successful you should then continue to the Troubleshooting options and then hopefully be able to use Reset this PC, a system restore point or Safe Mode etc.
