Windows 10 "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device Detected or resource (DNS server) is not responding
It just suddenly happened without me knowing the cause I have tried
[ul]
[li]Resetting my Ip[/li][li]Flushing and Renewing my DNS[/li][li]Fixing Corrupted windows files (it got fixed)[/li][li]Resetting my router[/li][/ul]
I really donβt know how it happened and how I can fix
it would be nice to receive some help : D
what just changed - have you added new hardware or software?
what isnβt working - no internet access?
I didnβt have a new hardware or software
the internet is working fine I could browse fine but sometimes it takes longer to loud probably because of my dns
but one thing is that I canβt connect to some servers there is no specifics also I noticed that
the dns server (8.8.8.8) doesnβt seem to be working for me while (1.1.1.1) seems to be just fine
so nothing has been changed but now you keep getting that error?
had you been changing the DNS figures? if you werenβt, why are you now?
were you trying to add a VPN service or something?
do you know what device isnβt working that the error is referring to?
what are some of the servers you now canβt connect to?
Yep nothing has changed it just randomly occurred
No I havenβt changed the DNS servers ( I only tried changing it now in hopes of it working)
I also werenβt trying to add a VPN Service or anything that would mess with the computer IP
So far the only device I know that is affected by the error is the Computer (which I am using)
the servers are
[ul]
[li]Albion game servers [/li][li]Apex legends[/li][li]Roblox[/li][li]Some of the websites I use which for some instances wouldnβt let me connect [/li][li]Riot games [/li][li]Steam [/li][li]8.8.8.8 (DNS SERVER)[/li][/ul]
So far thatβs the only servers I have tried since that is what I normally try to open when using the computer
This one is the 8.8.8.8 DNS having 0 response

This is the 1.1.1.1 DNS which seems to be working just fine
Hereβs a better log in text since I realized that itβs not safe to paste in files in text mb

First issue I see is the drive is to small for windows to run properly and you are running out of space. Why we highly recommend a drive no smaller that 250 GB or more. This is because Windows requires on average 30% to 35% free space including 32 GB free space for updates, 7-10 GB reserved for future proofing on the C drive.
This is not including and limited to what the system uses for backups, swap page and hibernate files.
Since changing the DNS are you still having the DNS server not responding issue?
Changing the DNS didnβt help it was still the same with not being able to respond to servers but when I woke up today and tested if itβs working and it was surprisingly Iβm starting to think itβs more if ISP problem rather than the computer itself
itβs been going well the past few days and I think itβs really an ISP probably because I could connect to servers without an issue now, and loading times have been what the usual loading time before I got the problem
