some PC specs may also help (brand, processor, power supply, motherboard, memory) as well as make/model, age?

the latest Win10 build is 22H2 19045.2965 - is this the one you were trying to install?
do you know what version you are on at the moment?
right click the Start icon, select Run, and type in winver to find out.

if wireless keyboard and mouse, try changing batteries, and put the USB receiver in another USB port.
if USB keyboard/mouse, also try another USB port.

failing that, try another keyboard and mouse.
