Having multiple bluescreens of death failures.

A friend of mine has a pc that is having BSOD almost every time. There have been multiple IQRL NOT LESS OR EQUAL FAILURES. A few kernel security check failures. I have dont a fresh install of Windows 10 with the install not being correctly installed. WIndows is unable to repair itself and I am unable to install all of the newest updates as it crashes before or as as soon as I attempt to install the update to make sure it isn’t compatibility issues. My friend is using a new HD and SSD as well as a new motherboard and RAM. The only thing that is used is the R5 3600 being paired with a new 6600.
