Windows wont load

Hi! I’m having issues loading windows 10. While running a disc check it gets stuck at stage 2 82%. If I skip it I get a blue screen error saying bad system configuration. I can’t access advance recovery options and I’m out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Could you give us some information about your computer is it a brand name E.G Hp, Dell etc
If yes can we have the Make, model and serial number.

If not a brand name can we have the make and model of the motherboard.
Do you have access to another computer .

Do you have your data - Docs, Pics etc backed up?

Its a kamrui mini PC. American trends is the BIOS I believe. I don’t have access to another computer at the moment, and i don’t have anything backed up.

For both options you will need access to another computer and a usb drive.
Option 1)
Download the win 10 tool run it to recreate the flash drive – Must be minimum 8GB
Download Windows 10
Boot from the install usb and choose repair windows.

Option 2)
Do you have any data you need to get off this computer? If yes then make a ubuntu bootable usb or dvd
Create a bootable USB stick with Rufus on Windows | Ubuntu NO install needed

Copy your data to an external drive or another computer/nas.

Insert the usb or cd/dvd and boot your system. You may have to change bios settings to boot from the usb or cd/dvd(every computer is different) We can help with this.

When the computer boots choose TRY UBUNTU and let the system boot.

When booted look on the left-hand side of the screen and click on Files icon

Then click on Other Locations

Click on your drive for example Win 7

Click on Users Icon

Click on your name listed under users

You should now see your data e.g Documents Pictures etc.

Copy your data to an external drive or another computer/nas.

When finished Click on the shutdown icon in the top right-hand corner Click on Power Off
