    0xc10100bf

I copied a lot of videos from my phone to a portable SSD (well cut and paste which I now realize was stupid) but when I try to play them I get code 0xc10100bf telling me it can’t play the video.
I tried all the tricks with VLC media player, video converters, corrupted videos, troubleshoot on computed and everything else I could find on other forums but nothing works.
These videos are very important to me and I desperately need to get them back can anyone suggest what else I can do??
