I get messages from cc cleaner and other programs like that say I have 11 or more outdated drivers and they want to charge me the service but I went manfu. website and it says all my drivers and software is up to date. My laptop is from around 2013 and is hp pavillion db7. How do I know if all is right my computer.

There is no need to update your drivers. Doing so may cause issues. Only time there is a need for a driver update is to cure a certain issue. Is there anything wrong with your computer? -

Use O&O shutup ten with suggested and somewhat suggested settings enabled.
Disable windows update, and only enable it once a week to update on your terms not whenever microsoft feels you need an update.
Uninstall Useless to you windows apps with O&O App buster.
Ublock Origin to block ads.
Windows defender is fine, and you can add weekly scans with Malwarebytes.Comment
