About my way of choosing it, I think I would try to meet all criterium and then take the lowest price.
By trying to choose a model I also found out that it was easier to find a 750W than 700W…

And it doesn’t tell me for things like rails, which are talked about in the Tier List. (I checked but still not sure what is best)

Be better off with a 750.
For that reason, we strongly recommend using a power supply from a reputable manufacturer such as Corsair, Super Flower, EVGA, or Seasonic.

Since they can carry up to a 7-year warranty.

This is what they are referring to as a rail.

Thank you a lot for your help !

Then, I would try like that, could you tell me if you think that make sense? :

          BitFenix Prodigy M 2022 ARGB (3 Big Fans + 1 Little Fan + LEDs)
          RAM 2*16GB Kingston Hyper X DDR4
          Aorus Z5901 Ultra (rev:?)
          Intel Core i7-11700k
          Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 VRAM : 6GB
          Watercooling Corsair (1pump+2Fans)
          SSD Crucial 2TB
          OLD-PSU : Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 230V 600W
          NEW-PSU : Corsair RM750 (2021)

Btw what I wanted to ask about single/multi rails was if one is better than the other for me?

          Thanks a lot in advance ! ^^
P.S. : I hope modular PSU are not harder to install than other ones… ^^’
Btw do I need anything in software for my computer when I install new PSU? Install Windows again? Reset Bios settings? Or it’s ok?

Here is an article that describes the differences better than I can, both are adequate for your needs.

I like the look of that RM750.

Modular PSUs are better than non-modular, you only plug in the cords you need, it helps tidy things up.

And this is my fans sound, if you listen all ten seconds you’re gonna hear what I call weird sounds. I would like to know what you think about it !
Bc if you say it’s electricity and the PSU, I can hope it’s not one more problem to deal with later ! xD

That’s what I already readed ! But they say like they’re the same, so I was still unsure… But you said both are good, so I’m just gonna ignore if the psu is or not single rail.

So actually, it’s listed tier A in the tier list you sent few days ago (in single rail). So it’s good? Should I take this one?
(If I buy it today it’s gonna arrive Monday please don’t close the thread too early !)

              Thanks ! ^^

The PSU I use is a Tier A single rail as well, I have never had an issue with it, you will be okay.

Do you feel comfortable swapping a PSU in? It’s not difficult, but it can be a bit confusing if it’s your first time doing it.

                  Hello !

Well I don’t have any experience so what I did is look videos on how to change PSU (one of them was Corsair RMx 850W modular which is very alike to mine).

Don’t worry I’ll tell you if my computer explode bc I did it wrong (I brought it yesterday so it’s coming on Monday)

Bc it’s in Christmas time, I can return it if it doesn’t help or something

You would have to do something seriously wrong to make your computer explode. ???

Don’t hesitate to ask questions! We’re here to help.

                      Hello !

Well I just discovered something : I was thinking maybe I need drivers for my fans, then I looked into download center of official source, didn’t find anything so I started looking what was there like β€˜GPU Compatibility List’ and I didn’t find my GPU on the list
What does that mean? Is it why my motherboard is upside down? :X3:
I’m looking into it bc remote doesn’t seems to work anymore…

What do you mean your motherboard is upside down? It can only go in a certain way and still have the screws come through properly.

Your fans/hub might have software, I guess it depends on the brand.

According the video, we can do that !

Ah, I see, it’s not just the motherboard, it’s the entire case.

I prefer the GPU fans pointed downwards, but to each their own.

                                Hellow !

So, a few news, I tried FurMark to test my GPU (following this tutorial) bc I was thinking it could also be a problem. I did with preset 720 and 1280x720 then I finished it but for same preset with 1920x1080 it crashed.
So I tested Elder Scrolls online with minimal graphics and 1280x720, it worked long then crashed. :l

I was sad then I saw that I received already the PSU
I’ll keep you updated if I manage to build the PSU in the computer xDD

                                :giggle:
