Error Message on Start Up.

I’ve started getting this error on startup:

[ATTACH type=“full”]10868[/ATTACH]

I’ve tried locate the file but I don’t have access to that folder. Other than this annoying message on start up my PC continues to work fine.

Uninstall and reinstall Cortana with O&O App buster.

First remove it, then reboot the computer.
Then after the reboot reload it and reboot to check if the error is gone.

Thanks for your response. When I try remove it, I select the ‘from computer’ option, is that right?

It gives me an error message saying it’s being used by another process and can’t be removed.
