    Yt makes my pc freeze/crash

    Hi, so, I have my pc for over 2 years now, everythings was fine (some small issue but nothing related), but since a weeek, when I watch yt videos, after maybe 10 to 15 minutes my pc freeze, I have no sound and no response at all. I tried other browsers (using chrome, firefox, brave, opera) but the issue is still here. It only occure on yt, netflix (windows app) work fine and I am able to play games. I really don’t know what’s appening please help me.

    I have a dell precision T5600 with dual xeon e5-2630, 32G of ram, r9-280x, Samsung 830 256G for boot drive and Samsung 980 1Tb for storage. Windows 10.

      So other can assist let get a speccy report.

      [COLOR=rgb(243, 121, 52)]What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

      Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

      To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

      In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

      In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

      Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.[/COLOR]

        Hi,

        This definitely sounds like a hardware issue.

        I doubt this will make any difference but just in case please Perform a clean boot in Windows and see if the system still freezes when browsing on the Internet.

        Also as Rusty posted above please provide us with your Speccy report and your power supply information.
