Problem with my drive volumes after windows 10 install

Hi, time ago i reinstalled windows 10 on my pc with the traditional usb way, and i dont remember why (Probably was a app problem), that made me reinstall windows again. But this time i did it with diskpart, and i dont remember what commands i used that made my drives misconfigured or something like that, because if i install my windows now in my ssd (i have ssd and hdd) my hdd becomes raw. And if i install windows in my hdd the ssd becomes raw and i dont know what to do.
Also i tested in a secondary disk and it was the same, so its not a disk problem.

I like to disconnect all drives and only leave the one connected that I want Windows to go to.
that way, there is no way for Windows to try to put anything anywhere else or do anything to another drive.

      Correct
If you have more than 1 drive connected windows has a bad habit of writing the boot sector to the second drive.
