computer display issue, not driver

screen gets brighter and dimmer and ripples, all on left side. starts and stops very rhythmically.

    See here:

reset and delete driver didnt help. all win 10 updates are current. cant find the driver on HP site. then list like 25 different drivers for this computer and none for win 10 19044.2075

as soon as win loads it starts.

    HP 24-e025t All-in-One PC
    Ideas?

    tks,

The bigger question is what display card is in your system?

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Could also be a failure in one of the cables that connect from the display card to the screen.

          Screen could be going out.

Just a simple thing that need the driver reinstalled.

It looks as if there is RF to magnetic interference could be the possibility yet like you stated there is nothing near the system that is causing it.

If the system is still under any warranty would suggest that you contact HP.

There are so many different things that can be causing it.

Could be over heating may need to clear the vents.

Could also be like I state bad connection form the display interface to monitor

The power supply is going bad.

Could be the screen going out.

Does it do this if booted into safe mode?

                  Same in safe mode.

That vid does not exactly represent. Mostly just gets dimmer and brighter, very rhythmically. Those wavy lines on left well sort of there but not as bold and they thicker. The right 1\3 of screen is fine(does not go bright-dim). Just in middle and worse as go left.

                  It made in 2017.

I had frequent vid just turning off. Might have posted that here previously. Replaced hdd, mounted it outside of case and reinstalled win 10 and everything was fine, until a few days ago.

Case does not vent to outside.

From the sounds of it seems that the system is starting to fail hardware wise.

Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. Since it is showing the same issue then this shows it to be hardware issue.

With it being an All-in-One system, everything is hard wired to the motherboard.

Like you stated there is no place for the heat to go and that is a common killer of computers.

If you have had issues with the system before then that may have been the start of it.

issues before cleared up when I swapped HDD and mounted it outside and reinstalled win10. Its been stable since then until a few days ago.

I just today swapped screen and cable and its all better now. Well, Im also in the garage. so, Ill see if it stays good in my room. cross ur fingers for me.
