Hi! A couple of times now, when I turn on my PC the start menu is frozen and is not responding for some time, couple of minutes, maybe more, no icons on it just the clock. When I click on it nothing is happening sometimes the whole display goes dark for a second. I checked for malware and other stuff seems fine. This happened two times randomly, not every time I turn on my PC.
Click on โModifyโ in the bottom left of the Indexing Options window, then click the โShow all locationsโ button. Untick all of the currently ticked boxes and click OK. Next, click on โAdvancedโ, go to the Troubleshooting section and click โRebuildโ.
get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into a post.
one component Speccy doesnโt cover is the Power Supply Unit, so please also include the make/model of the PSU.
