0xc0000428 Error after startup even after Fresh Windows Installation

So I build a new computer like 1~Month ago, first few weeks went without any problems.
The last 2 weeks i encountered every start up the error code β€œ0xc0000428”, i could still boot into windows after the automatic repair, and tried fixing the problem. sfc /scan for example and alot of other things I could find online, although nothing helped.

So i just went with it and ignored it.

Yesterday it was different as I couldn’t boot into windows, even with a USB-Boot stick.
So I had enough, i formated my SSD and put a fresh windows installation on it, today i have the same error again β€œ0xc0000428” although for now I can still boot into Windows.

Anyone has any idea what I should try to do?

Download a new Windows 10 ISO and use that to do a clean install, once done install the chipset drivers for the MB then the SATA/storage device drivers and last but not least the graphics drivers.

Do not let Windows check for updates until those drivers have been installed.

This did not helped unfournately, currently the boot media i created was from the PC that gets this Bluescreen upon start.
Should I try to make a boot media from a other PC?

It shouldnt really make a difference to be honest, anything is worth trying though.

Busy elsewhere for a few hrs now but will try and get back to you later on.

Looks to be booting normally atm, not sure if it’s fixed now or just a temporay thing but here are the things i did:

              New USB Stick
Windows ISO from a other Windows PC
              Removed all HDD/SSD’s, reset bios
Pluged in a formated SSD for Windows
              Installed Windows on It
              Installed all drivers;
              Restarted
              β†’ Error still exist
              Updated Windows + cleaned RAM

              Works now.

I assume it was faulty ram.

Be real odd if it was as the issue was software as opposed to hardware related, perhaps a Windows update fixed a bug in the latest ISO.

We will leave your thread open for a couple of days in case you need to come back, if all is well after the couple of days we will mark the thread for you.
