Pc randomly turns off

Hello there,

My pc keeps shutting down at random times. I have to wait for like 10-20 seconds before i can restart it again otherwise my screen stays black. I think its not because of overheating because i changed the termal paste twice in 2 month.

Also if i got to my settings and try to open the “recovery” setting to reset my pc to the factory settings the setting tab just closes/crashes.

pls help this gets me so frustrated, sorry if there are words that aren’t correct am not the best at typing English on a phone

Have you ensured there’s no dust blocking the fans &/or vents?
Did you use enough thermal paste?

Yea fans are clean and I did enough past. Dont understand how it isn’t working at all. Also their is this one problem idk if its related but if i try to “start acions” on th windows defender nothing happens. I did do a malware chech on another application ant have no viruses.

no, im almost sure that i didn’t change settings to improve gaming performance. righjt now i’ll try to make more space and clean and reaplly the theraml paste and see if that will i improve the pc.

oh I just realizet that I recently downloaded a program called “Azurite” that should normally help boost the PC during gaming. maybe that’s what started causing this, I wouldn’t know.

Never heard of it which in itself is bad enough but fwiw such junk is not recommended by any reputable forums with the reason being that they won`t tell you that a snail can be turned into a racehorse by installing useless stuff that normally ends up breaking something, see my canned info below;
You will not see anything like this recommended on any reputable forum, they are at best a gimmick and at worse a danger to the operating systems registry, it is an old article but the author is still highly respected and tbh Ive not seen it explained better than at the miekiemoes’ Blog here
