Asus FX505DY motherboard not working

Hello, the board was working, all LEDs were on, the fan was working, the screen displayed. I sold the motherboard with Asus FX505dy packing in anti-static bubble wrap and original box from ASUS. After 4 days, the buyer has just opened it and the board does not work. It heats up in the place of the heat sink, the keyboard blinks and the power LED is on. I am asking for suggestions on what causes it does not work.

The buyer will have to post here and or take to a shop to be properly diagnosed.

there is no true way of telling if damage form shipping and or the person that is using the board.

As you were also informed by another staff member about rule # 15 upon this same matter in a previous thread.
