    CPU debug light

Hello, I’m having trouble with my new pc
    Specs:
    Ryzen 5 3600
    MSI b450 mortar max
    Gainward RTX 3060 ghost
    Crucial Ballistics 16 gb 3200
    EVGA 600 w2
Its a prebuild that i won in a tournament, and that after some days of use, refused to turn on. I sent it back to the shop that gave it to me and they changed the CPU and RAM.
After that, the same thing happened and Im really starting to get really stressed cause I really can’t figure out what component is causing the issue. I don’t think its the BIOS because the pc worked fine before hand.
Quick note, while waiting for the pick up truck before sending it back, the pc turned on fine after 2 days of not using it. It has been 2 months of trouble shooting and im kinda fed up with this system at the moment.
What confuses me the most is that it works fine for some time and then it dies.
The GPU is also fine and i suspect its the motherboard or the PSU.
Let me know what u think.

if you press the button nothing happens? like literally nothing or some lights come on or what? also even tho the bios was not changed give it a try after resetting the bios (take out the little battery out from the mother board. if you dont know what it looks like check it out on youtube.) also try cleaning the ram and ram slots but do everything care fully and DO NOT do this while the pc has power in it
