Hello pls help after getting blue screen errors i messed with the services trying to fix something and accidentally turned of all windows services in msconfig cant login to pc with password or turn it off. Have tried using ISO to repair but not working

can you log in at all?
how is the ISO not working? error messages?
have you tried using the Advanced Startup Options (ASO) and using Safe Mode?

Are you stuck in safe mode? If not then what do you see on screen?
Please try-
Try booting your machine with Windows 10 installation media
At the Install screen, click on “Repair” on the lower left.
Then Troubleshoot.
Advanced.
Command Prompt with Admin.
Select Command Prompt and type in the following:
bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot
If that gives an error, use:
bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot
