Hello everyone. A small update. I completely reinstalled Windows and the problem is still present. I figured out one thing though: any application that is being run on the GPU isnβt working properly and therefore crashes or freezes. Might be the problem with the GPU, I donβt know. The drivers are installing properly, without any problems. BIOS and Windows recognizes the GPU without any issue, too. One more thing that I tried is launching Windows in Safe Mode. In safe mode I am able to run an applicaiton and it works completely fine. So, under these circumstances, Iβm not sure what should I do. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
Video games launch only in "Battery Saver Mode".

Do you have dual graphics- say Intel/AMD & nVidia? If yes then try running the game using the nVidia graphics.
Another suggestion is to use DDU to cleanly remove the graphics driver then install a fresh version. It is wise to download the driver before running the tool.
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V18.0.5.2 Released. ChangeLog: All: First time launch message can now be translated. All: CLSID registry section fix/enhancement. All: Cleanup of the VFW capture Class Manager in the registry. Intel: Additional registry and folder cleanup. Intel: Removal of the Intel Arc Control right click context menu. Intel: additional Intel Arc Control removal. Intel: additional removal. AMD: Removal of AdvancedMicroDevicesInc-RSXCM (possibly fix a boot pop-up message) AMD: Additional folders removals (DX cache related). Nvidia: Folders and registry additional removal. Yes, my pc has both integrated and discrete GPUs - Intel and nvidia. I already tried using DDU multiple times to remove the driver and then install the new one. Didnβt help. I will try to run the application with the nvidia graphics, although I am not sure itβll work.Comment

Change the Windows Power Plan to High Performance or your Nvidea GPU will not get enough power, the notebook needs to always have the AC adaptor hooked up when gaming and for the same reason as above.Comment

Two possible explanations for that then, overheating and/or a weak power supply, the latter can also overheat + something else that you may not be aware of that can cause overheating, missing or incompatible drivers.
Can you post the exact model name or number of this Acer computer.Comment

After clean installing Windows 10 did you then install the chipset, storage and GTX 1650 drivers from here
The chipset drivers 100% must be installed first and before Windows is allowed to check for any updates, storage/SATA drivers Windows own do tend to work with brand name computers without any problem but the video drivers for computers such as yours likewise must 100% come from Acer, your GPU is a single lower powered chip inserted into the MB whereas the drivers that you will be installing from Nvidea are for a full blown add on GPU that requires about three/four times as much power as your chip, the drivers at Acer should allow for this.Comment

OK, so I didnβt install the drivers for the hardware that you listed above from the acer site before installing everything else. I just let Windows download everything through Windows updaten and then just installed the newest driver for the GPU through nvidia site using DDU. I am acquainted with the acer site, where you can download these drivers, but I just thought that downloading everything from there would be (probably) just a waste of time, since Windows takes care of such things. So, what am I supposed to do now?Comment
