There are multiple errors with Nvidia web Helper. Seems like you just need to stop this from connecting to the internet.

Disable windows 10 spyware with O&O software, this can chew up bandwidth while you game as microsoft is constantly uploading various data from your machine.

Sure, I will do this all, except I have just removed old nvidia drivers and installed new via geforce experience, do i have to do this again? And what exactly is going wrong with XMP? It worked for 2 years just fine. Wont I lose any advantage in fps?

If you did not do it with DDU in safe mode, then yes I suggest you take the proper steps.

Just as a general trouble shooting step, you can surely enable it again after we are done here, just need to narrow down the possible issues. Also, if after these steps you get another BSOD, then just upload the new Dump files and I will tag another member who is more experienced in BSOD issues. This could be a hardware issue, I am just trying to get anything software out of the way. As he will not be online until several more hours.

Alright, after you have completed everything I have listed, then test the machine for a while and if it does BSOD then upload fresh dump files and minitoolbox log.
